By downloading, installing, or using armoproxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

armoproxy provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. The service is available on iOS, with Android, macOS, and Windows versions coming soon.

To use armoproxy, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported third-party authentication provider (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Free Tier: New accounts receive 5GB of free VPN data. This is a one-time offer per device and per account. Data Packs: Additional data can be purchased as a one-time consumable purchase ($5.99 for 5GB). Data packs never expire. Premium Subscription: A monthly subscription ($11.99/month) provides unlimited data. You may cancel at any time through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices may vary by region.

You agree not to use armoproxy to: - Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law - Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code - Conduct unauthorised access to computer systems - Send spam or unsolicited communications - Violate the intellectual property rights of others - Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats - Circumvent security measures of other systems We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. Server locations and availability may change. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove server locations.

Your use of armoproxy is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We maintain a strict no-logs policy — we do not monitor or record your VPN traffic.

armoproxy and all related software, content, and trademarks are the property of armoproxy and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit written permission.

armoproxy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free - The service will meet your specific requirements - Any errors will be corrected Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, armoproxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
